First Man

FirstMan - First Man consists of Adam Midgley and Jamie Reddington. Originally, members of a guitar band playing lead and bass respectively, Adam and Jamie have been writing music together since meeting at school. After making the transition to production, the initial breakthrough for First Man came in the UK Hip-Hop scene when they provided tracks for Skinnyman on his cult classic LP Council Estate Of Mind and on Fallacys Black Market Boy. The Skinnyman track 'Day To Day Basis' was one of the first tracks they ever produced and was featured in the hit motion picture 'Kidulthood' in summer 2006. During a hectic two years First Man have begun developing their own acts, started work on their own album project and have gone on to produce for some of the UKs hottest underground and most established artists as well as beginning their assault on the US hip hop scene. After working heavily with SonyBmg star Lemar on his 2nd platinum selling LP [Time To Grow including the biggest hit to date If Theres Any Justice] First Man have co-written material for his new LP The Truth About Love, Lemars third consecutive top 10 album.
